If you are starting a company or considering moving your company to Healdsburg, the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce has initiated an Entrepreneurial Pathways Program (EPP) to support 1st and 2nd stage entrepreneurial companies.
The EPP functions as a virtual business incubator providing a wide range of services which are intended to make your company a success.

The Mission of EPP
The mission of the Entrepreneurial Pathways Program is to:
- Create jobs through stimulation of the entrepreneurial economy in the Healdsburg area.
- Provide management assistance, mentoring, coaching, technical assistance, education and support networks that enable entrepreneurial companies to succeed and prosper.
The Services to be Provided
The EPP provides a wide range of services to accelerate growth and optimize chances for your company’s success. Key EPP services include:
- Mentoring: The Healdsburg Chamber calls upon senior executive volunteers who share their practical management experience with the start-up, early stage or 2nd stage entrepreneurial company on how to manage and grow their business. As needed, the EPP will identify temporary senior management to fill positions on an interim basis.
Coaching: Through its extensive roster of member volunteers, the Healdsburg Chamber provides coaching and management assistance in all business aspects including legal, accounting, finance, real estate, permitting, product development, marketing, sales, operations and manufacturing.
- Technical Advising: The Healdsburg Chamber will identify resources within its membership, as well as from world-class providers and research facilities in the greater Bay Area, to assist with technical issues.
Networking: The Healdsburg Chamber will organize networking events that range from practical education to meeting professionals to sharing experiences with other entrepreneurs.
- Financing: The Healdsburg Chamber works with local Angel Investor and Venture Capital groups, as well as traditional banks, to help craft the most appropriate financing packages.
Events: The Chamber, in partnership with the City of Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, organizes the award winning North Bay Growth, Innovation and Venture Forum. These semi-annual forums bring entrepreneurial companies and potential investors together in a setting conducive to networking and education. Many EPP participants have been selected to present to investors at past Forums.

How to Participate in the EPP
To participate in the Entrepreneurial Pathways Program, a company must demonstrate that its business will create local jobs, has potential for growth, is headquartered in the Healdsburg area and becomes a member of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce. If you feel that you can meet these qualifications, then the following are the steps to follow to participate in the EPP.

Meet with the Review Panel who will assess your candidacy for admission into the EPP according to the Selection Criteria, which is provided in the following PDF document:
If selected, complete the Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U.) PDF form below, become a member of the Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce and begin to receive the services of the EPP. Please fill in as much of the M.O.U. as you can, we will work with you to complete the remaining sections.
