The Chamber has a private email database with our member's main listing information as well as their staff members that have opted-in to receive communication. What better way can you advertise directly to our members and their staff? That's over 800 people!
Now you can maximize your business exposure to the entire membership.
1.) Dates Ahead Email Communication; Sent weekly.
2.) Business Newsletter; Sent every other month.

To hold your spot, your paperwork and full payment must be submitted and confirmed by the Healdsburg Chamber Office. Submit your agreement and artwork via email to info@healdsburg.com , or fax your form and bring a CD/USB drive to the office.
‘Dates Ahead’ emails are sent out every Tuesday. ‘Banner’ artwork is due by Noon, the Friday before the week it will run.
‘Business Newsletters’ are emailed on the first Monday of every other month. ‘Premium Advertisement’ artwork is due 2-weeks before the newsletter is sent. Please call the Chamber Office to confirm the exact due date for your Advertisement, or download the 2010 Newsletter Schedule to see some other "Members Only" services.
The Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce does not currently offer in-house design assistance for your advertisements. However, there are many chamber members that can assist with your advertisement creation and design, please visit www.healdsburg.biz/directory to browse our membership category listings.
